GOVERNANCE (DAO)

AXÉRA adopts a progressive governance model, designed to evolve responsibly toward a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).
This approach respects the maturity of the ecosystem, the community and the technical infrastructure required for effective decentralization.

The goal of AXÉRA’s governance framework is to ensure transparency, community participation and institutional security, avoiding premature decisions or undue centralization

Phase 1 — Advisory Governance

In this initial phase, strategic decisions are coordinated by the founding team, with active community engagement through official communication channels.

The team acts as a facilitator for the early development of the ecosystem, ensuring operational stability and alignment with the project’s core principles.

Phase 2 — Community Proposals

As the community grows and ecosystem adoption increases, participants gain the ability to submit, discuss and suggest proposals related to AXÉRA’s evolution.

Proposals are evaluated based on technical feasibility, ecosystem impact and alignment with project values, promoting progressive, transparent and inclusive participation.

Phase 3 — On-Chain Governance

At the maturity stage, AXÉRA will implement on-chain governance mechanisms, enabling decentralized voting and the execution of decisions through smart contracts.

This phase marks the consolidation of the DAO model, with decisions being recorded and executed transparently and verifiably on the blockchain.

The DAO treasury and vesting contracts are managed through multisignature (multisig) wallets, ensuring:

  • Fund security

  • Prevention of unilateral control

  • Operational transparency

  • Institutional alignment

Any significant fund movement is subject to existing governance rules and full on-chain traceability.

Governance Evolution & Flexibility

Governance mechanisms may evolve over time in line with ecosystem growth, always respecting the principles of decentralization, transparency and institutional responsibility.
